Please read these conditions carefully before using the bear2hares.co.uk website. By using this website you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by telephone with bear2hares.co.uk. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and urge you to check them carefully before you make a purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders & Payments
Once you are ready to order, add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. Payments can be made securely by either a Paypal account or credit / debit card.
Orders will be charged in Pound Sterling.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
We aim where possible to ship your goods within 48 hrs of receiving your order, during the working week, subject to stock availability.
Delivery will be to the address stated by the customer on the order form.
UK deliveries are based on total cost of parcel. Please note that Northern Ireland and some Scottish postcodes incur extra courier charges, we will inform you before shipping of correct shipping costs.
Shipping costs outside of the UK will be strictly based on weight. Please contact us and we will calculate your shipping costs. Orders sent by airmail have proof of posting obtained.
All delivery services may require a signature on receipt.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
If your purchase is unsuitable you may return it to us, at your own cost using a signed for delivery service, within 14 days.
If a refund is required you must notify us by email or telephone within three working days of receiving your goods. A returns code will be issued to you.
Any items that are returned without first obtaining a returns code will be eligible for a credit note or replacement only.
Upon receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-saleable condition.
If a replacement or alternative item is required, please state your requirements clearly and include them with your order, along with the name and address of the original purchaser
All discounted sales are final. Items that are reduced are reduced to clear and are therefore not returnable unless faulty or damaged.
No refunds or returns will be accepted on any custom made items. It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they supply clear and accurate information when commissioning a custom made item.
If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods by using our contact us form. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods.
All designs, photos and copy on this site remain the property of the owner. Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
We endeavour to list every item on this site as accurately as possible, however please be aware that fabric shades will vary between dye batches, and various trimming may differ slightly to those shown.
